Please be advised that due to increased operating costs within the Italian Islands and some Italian regional areas, we have had to implement an additional handling fee affective March 1, 2011.
The fee of £35 net will enable services to be maintained at an acceptable and expected level.
Should this additional fee be able to be taken away we will do so immediately and advise you.
