Spain - General Strike Thursday September 29.
General Strike in Spain 29th September 2010
Trade Unions in Spain have called for a General Strike in Spain on 29th September 2010, in response to the Spanish Government’s actions to manage the current economic situation.
Industrial action is scheduled throughout Spain from midnight until 23:59 on 29th September.
As a result, it is likely that airports, main roads and main industrial areas will be impacted by such action.
We are currently developing contingency plans to mitigate the effect of any widespread industrial action and to keep any delays in deliveyr to a minimum.
