UK service changes - January 2011
Dear Customers
UK Overnight 10:30 am delivery option phased out.
Please be advised that due to general changes within customer needs a review of the UK timed delivery options has concluded in the 10:30 am option being phased out.
The UK timed options will be as follows:
Next day by 9:30 am
Next day by 12 noon
Standard delivery will be next day by 4pm.
This change in operation will enable a better service to all customers where timed deliveries will be more effective.
Heavy Weight Handling Surcharges
We are pleased to advise that the heavy weight handling fees on the UK overnight for shipments over 30 kilos have been phased out effective January 1, 2011.
